Five Road Tunnels in Greece along Elefsina-Tsakona
Smoke extraction high temperature rated and pollution control reversible Jet Fans.
The project represents a new, highway, with a total length of 365.4km, designed to provide a more direct and safe connection between Elefsina and Tsakona of the Messinia region of Greece.
The road included five Tunnels at Platanos, Panagopoula, Marva Litharia, Derveni and Akrata all of which required ventilation to prevent exhaust and fumes from building up at busy times and assist evacuation if there is ever an emergency.
Our solution was a series of reversible Jet Fans that would direct fumes or smoke to the nearest extraction point.
