Woods Plate Fans (AC & EC)

The new Woods Plate fans for building services, industrial and agricultural projects are now available in AC and EC versions which are energy efficient with low sound levels and speed controllable to meet the desired ventilation needs. The plate fans are ErP compliant.

The new Woods Plate fans can handle volume flow rates up to 6.67 m³/s and static pressure up to 450 Pa. The rectangular wall ring and bell mouth is made of mild steel with a powder coated finish. The fan is available with the motor side guard. The high efficiency axial flow sickle shaped impeller blades are made up of a composite material up to size 400mm and with aluminum from size 450mm and above.

The AC motors are with Class F insulation with in-built thermal contact. The EC motors are with integrated controller and active temperature management system. The fans have an IP44 / IP54 protection class.

The plate fans can be fitted with some accessories like the shutters, impeller side guard and can be speed controlled with either a transformer controller (for AC motor) or a potentiometer (for EC motor).

The plate fans are suitable for mounting in horizontal and vertical applications.
